Top to Bottom Planning
We make sure you don’t forget anything.
You’ve taken a lot of time and attention to plan out all aspects of your event, and we’ll do the same with your music. We offer a wide array of online tools to help you plan the music. But you aren’t alone in the planning process. Leading up to your event, you’ll meet 1 on 1 with the DJ who will be working the day of your event to help you with final details. This gives us a chance to find out more about you and your guests, get a feel for how the day/evening will progress and make it a more enjoyable experience. We’ll find out what you want to hear, and more importantly, what you don’t want to hear. You can browse our extensive digital music library that includes Top 40, Pop, Rock & Country as well as some all time party classics. And it’s not just about the party music. If you want Classical music during your ceremony, light music at dinner and an MC during the reception, we can make that happen too. If you’re unsure about what kind of lighting your events needs, we can explain the options and take care of that as well. See more by checking out our Packages & Add Ons.
Design and coordinate every specific detail of your event, from location and times to first dances and bridal party introductions, for a flawless event. You can even save your event planner for continued progress. Upon completion, the event details get submitted to us with everything laid out exactly as you wish.
The Event Timeline tool allows you to specify the order of activities to take place at your event, from the start of cocktail hour to the last dance. You can save your timelines for continued progress. Upon completion, the timeline gets submitted to us so we know EXACTLY what order you want things to happen.
We love requests and we make it easy for you to choose your favourites. You can use the Music Database to make online requests for your event! Search by keyword or browse our entire catalog, using optional features to view song lyrics, listen to song samples, and view song suggestions from our Most Requested charts. And yes…a “Do Not Play List” is included.
